PROBLEM:
Low brand visibility, decreased share and sales in the channel, and low recommendation by waiters.
CHALLENGE:
Train and build loyalty among waiters and waitresses in the On Premise channel to achieve brand recommendation and increase turnover.
SOLUTION:
Development of an app to train and incentivize the correct visibility and recommendation of our brands, as well as to increase turnover.
RESULTS:
1,200 bars and restaurants linked to our Champions application, developed for Diageo, with more than 5,000 participants among waiters and bartenders, with sales incentive modules, training, visibility of point-of-sale materials and ranking of winners.
+100 thousand training contents consumed and validated / +11 additional share points / +15 points of growth in brand love / +9% of volume growth.
