CHALLENGE: 

A U.S. multinational beverage corporation faced the challenge of encouraging its customers to use the Juntos+ chatbot to make purchases and improve the customer experience. The company was looking for an innovative solution to increase sales and customer loyalty through this digital platform.

SOLUTION: 

We developed "Toby's Premiatón", an innovative points exchange system integrated into the Juntos+ chatbot. This system allows customers to accumulate points with each purchase made through the chatbot and use them to acquire exclusive merchandising products of the corporation. The implementation of this system not only incentivized the use of the chatbot, but also offered customers a more rewarding and personalized shopping experience.
