MIQ is the leading company in Colombia in market data for the traditional channel. It collects information from stores and shoppers through the Supervecino application. Currently, MIQ collects data from 165,000 stores in the traditional channel. This is a massive amount of invaluable information for brand managers to develop their Commercial Action Plans (CAT) for the traditional channel.
CHALLENGE:
Given the enormous amount of data collected, it is difficult for brand managers to process and analyze all the information efficiently to make strategic business decisions.
SOLUTION:
To solve this problem, MIQBot, an AI-based web application, was developed.
MIQBot allows brand managers to ask any question to the database and receive answers in real time.
RESULT:
Thanks to MIQBot, brand managers can make faster and more accurate decisions, allowing them to increase their sales in the traditional channel. MIQBot becomes an invaluable tool for market data analysis and real-time decision making.
