CHALLENGE:

Audit and score the management of the marketing team to identify opportunities in execution.

SOLUTION:

Development of a 100% audit platform for the photographs uploaded by the merchandising team, generating a score for each performance variable.

RESULTS:  

Operation in 10 countries (2018 - 2021).  

Audit of planometry and display in the modern channel in a digital way (+3180 POS).  

Power BI with performance indicators for each country (+13,000 photos on average per month).  

Growth of +30 percentage points in the execution rating.
