PROBLEM:

Low level of execution and visibility of the brands at the point of sale, and commercial team with no time or capacity to execute for all customers.

CHALLENGE:

Improve visibility and execution through the shopkeeper or business owner.

SOLUTION:

Development of an app to monitor and reward performance in real time.

RESULTS:  

23 thousand shopkeepers nationwide linked to our Don Máximo application, developed for Coca-Cola, with in-store execution (visibility), training, furniture and online asset monitoring and sales modules.  

+12 incremental points in the performance indicator / +15% of sales growth / +4 points of share increase.
