PROBLEM:

Decrease in share and sales in the channel, with competitors offering lower price strategies.

CHALLENGE:

Train and build customer loyalty in order to achieve brand recommendation and increase turnover.

SOLUTION:

Development of an app to train and encourage sales registration in a digital way.

RESULTS: 

1,500 liquor stores nationwide linked to our Tiburones application, developed for Diageo, with modules for sales registration, training, planometries, challenges and trivia.  

80% of points of sale complying with planometries / +60 thousand trainings carried out by participants / +11% increase in sales.
